Product Overview

Neodymium Stepped Magnet with Countersunk Hole is a NdFeB magnet that combines high performance, unique design and wide applicability. It is made of high-quality NdFeB material with extremely high magnetic energy product, remanence and coercivity, ensuring stable and strong magnetism in various applications.

Unique Design

Stepped Appearance: The top of this magnet is designed to be round and the bottom is stepped. This unique design not only increases the visual effect of the magnet, but also makes it more flexible and applicable in practical applications. The stepped design makes it easier to embed the magnet into various structures, while increasing the contact area with the connected object, improving the stability and reliability of the connection.

Countersunk Hole Design: There is a countersunk hole designed at the bottom center of the magnet, which provides users with more installation options. With screws or other fasteners, users can firmly fix the magnet to the desired position, whether it is a flat or curved surface, to achieve perfect fit and fixation. This design not only improves the practicality of the magnet, but also further increases its wide application.

Performance characteristics

High magnetism: Due to the use of high-quality NdFeB material, this magnet has extremely high magnetism and can easily absorb various ferromagnetic materials to achieve fast and reliable connection.

Corrosion resistance: The surface of the magnet has been specially treated with Nickel or Zinc, Epoxy coating to have extremely high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can be used for a long time in harsh environments without damage.

Good stability: Even under harsh conditions such as high temperature, humidity or strong magnetic fields, this magnet can maintain its stable magnetic performance, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
